The following terms and conditions constitute a legal agreement between furriballs.com and govern the use of this website and any purchase of items from it. Deliveries & Shipping Costs We aim to deliver all orders within 5-10 working days. If for any reason we expect there to be a delay beyond these timescales we will contact you immediately to keep you informed. We would of course offer a full refund or if you prefer, an alternative item from within our range. Please advise us if your order is urgent and we will do our best to deliver early. We can deliver to any address you require The card contains a contact number so you can speak directly to them and agree a mutually convenient delivery time or alternatively, to arrange for you to collect the order directly from their depot. After two failed delivery attempts, your items are usually returned to our warehouse. The company reserves the right to invoice you a further delivery charge to facilitate this. All prices for goods sold on furriballs.com are exclusive of the cost of Postage and Packing. Postage and Packing Charges will be displayed as an additional item of expense when you complete your purchase and you will be able to check the postage cost before confirming your order. Unless you specify for another means of carriage, your order will be subject to our standard terms of delivery namely delivery by post in England, Wales and Scotland at a cost of £5.90. Other delivery options and prices will be supplied upon request. Prices All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT. Product Descriptions Every effort is taken to ensure that all descriptions, sizes and prices are accurate at the time of publication on furriballs.com. Illustrations of goods for sale should be treated as examples only. Many of our items are hand made and may differ slightly from the pictures that you see on the site. Additionally, colours may vary from those in the illustrations through your own monitor, printer and video settings.
Upon completion of your order a VAT invoice can be printed at the time of purchase. Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard or American Express card. We use the world leading SecPay card collection and validation services to give you complete peace of mind when purchasing goods from us. Your card details will be handled securely by SecPay and all details will be transmitted with strong encryption to protect your information. We never release any of our customers’ personal information or e-mail addresses to third parties. We can also accept payment by cheque. Please contact us by e-mail if you wish to pay by cheque. It is your responsibility to ensure that the details you give are correct and complete. When placing your order on-line your card / debit card will be debited when you click the order button. We will acknowledge your order by sending you an email. The e-mail will confirm the cost and delivery details, or notify you if the goods are unavailable. If we do no accept your order and your credit / debit card has already been debited, we will notify you and refund your card in full. Goods are subject to availability Returns

Please note that if you are buying within the United Kingdom other than in the course of, or for the purpose of, a business, you have the right to cancel your order for any goods under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. These regulations provide a minimum level of statutory protection for distance selling transactions. Your statutory right to cancel commences at the time that you place your order with us and ends on the expiry of seven clear working days after delivery provided that by the time of delivery we have provided you with confirmation of your right to cancel in written and durable form. For the purpose of the Regulations, our e-mail confirming acceptance of your order will constitute such confirmation of your rights. These regulations do not apply to transactions in the course, or for the purposes, of a business. Use and Safety It is important to realise that Furriballs products are to be used as aids to exercise, orthopedic care and treatment and antenatal care, they are not intended to be used for any other purpose. Furriballs Limited will not accept any liability for loss, damage or injury caused by the improper use of any of its products. Any other use is undertaken solely at your own risk. Please ensure that you use a high quality gym ball inside your Furriballs gym ball cover. If you are in any doubt as to the correct method of using your Furriballs product please seek advice from a properly qualified medical or orthopedic practitioner and refer to any instructions supplied with your gym ball. Please read the warnings and care instructions on the label or in the packaging to your Furriballs product. Whilst we do not provide generic advice on the safe and proper way to use products of this kind, we do recommend that you do not use a gym ball with a Furriballs fitball cover on slippery floors or surfaces. It is for you, as the user of the product, to take reasonable safety precautions and to ensure that you are using your product in a safe way. Limitation of Liability Furriballs.com will not accept liability for loss, damage, death or personal injury caused as a result of improper or inappropriate use of any of its products. Any other use is undertaken solely at your own risk. Subject to any relevant consumer protection legislation including our obligation under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling Regulations) and the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977 our liability for any breach of the terms of this agreement, whether express or implied and whether concerning the description and quality of any goods supplied by us or our performance in supplying and delivering such goods to you will be limited to the value of the goods ordered by you in the relevant transaction. If any of the foregoing limitations of liability are found by a Court of competent jurisdiction to be void or unenforceable, the validity of the remainder of these terms and conditions shall not be affected and such remainder shall apply as if the void or unenforceable part were not included with such modifications as may be necessary to give full force and effect to them. Force Majeure Where there is a delay or failure to deliver goods, or where damage or defect has occurred to goods that is due to circumstances beyond our control, furriballs.com shall not be liable. This condition does not affect your statutory rights. By placing an order on the website, you accept these Terms and Conditions and will be subject to those in force at the time of your order. If for any reason any of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid, void or unenforceable, the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition shall not be affected.
